These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Planet Redemption mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Planet Redemption (“Planet Redemption,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of the Platform

Planet Redemption is a technology platform that allows users to post statues and collectibles for sale and connect with other users.

Planet Redemption:

  • Does not process payments.

  • Is not a broker, agent, escrow service, or financial intermediary.

  • Is not a party to any transaction between users.

  • Does not take possession of items listed for sale.

  • Does not authenticate or verify listings.

All transactions are conducted solely between buyers and sellers at their own risk.

3. No Transaction Responsibility

Planet Redemption does not facilitate, manage, or guarantee any transaction between users.

We do not:

  • Guarantee payment.

  • Guarantee delivery.

  • Provide escrow services.

  • Mediate disputes.

  • Enforce agreements between users.

All sales are final between buyers and sellers. Any dispute arising from a transaction must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Platform at your own risk.

4. No Authentication or Verification

All listings are user-generated content.

Planet Redemption does not:

  • Authenticate statues or collectibles.

  • Verify ownership.

  • Confirm authenticity.

  • Inspect condition.

  • Confirm pricing accuracy.

Buyers are solely responsible for conducting due diligence before completing a transaction.

5. Fraud and Scam Disclaimer

Planet Redemption is not responsible or liable for:

  • Fraudulent listings.

  • Misrepresentation.

  • Non-delivery of goods.

  • Chargebacks.

  • Counterfeit items.

  • Stolen goods.

  • Any financial loss arising from user transactions.

You acknowledge that interacting with other users involves inherent risks. Planet Redemption makes no representations regarding the conduct of users.

6. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

You must not:

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Create multiple deceptive accounts.

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

7. User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to post listings, images, descriptions, usernames, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content on the Platform, you grant Planet Redemption a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Promote

such content within the Platform and related promotional materials.

All content posted on the Platform is considered public information. Listings, usernames, and profile information may be viewable by other users and search engines.

Planet Redemption reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

8. Promotions and Featured Listings

Planet Redemption may offer promotional tiers, including featured listings or prioritized visibility.

Promotions:

  • Are applied according to internal policies described in the FAQ or related documentation.

  • Do not guarantee sales or engagement.

  • May be modified or discontinued at any time.

Planet Redemption reserves sole discretion in the placement and duration of promotions.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • List counterfeit or stolen items.

  • Post fraudulent or misleading content.

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Use automated scraping tools.

  • Reverse engineer the Platform.

  • Interfere with Platform security.

Violation may result in account termination and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content excluding User Content—including logos, trademarks, branding, software, and design—is the property of Planet Redemption or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform materials without prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Planet Redemption makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Platform availability.

  • Reliability.

  • Accuracy.

  • Security.

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Redemption shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect

  • Incidental

  • Special

  • Consequential

  • Punitive damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Financial losses resulting from user transactions

In no event shall Planet Redemption’s total liability exceed the greater of:

(a) One hundred dollars (USD $100), or
(b) The amount you paid to Planet Redemption in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Planet Redemption and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform.

  • Your listings or transactions.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

• • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, updates, and policy changes.

16. Force Majeure

Planet Redemption shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, hosting provider outages, or governmental actions.

17. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Georgia.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any arbitration or permitted court proceeding shall occur in Georgia.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
